If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can reconcile as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for strollers, sippy cups, or pacifiers.
KIDITUDE NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), it/they may be returned. Items being returned must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging and come from a non-smoking home.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received the order as sales become final 10 days after the order is scanned as delivered.
All "Sale" merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned.
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. This "RAN" must be written on the outside of the envelope containing your return so we can apply your credit correctly. Include the original invoice received with your order in the package with the merchandise you are returning.
Upon receipt, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable or with delivery confirmation. Kiditude is not responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
