Returns

If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can reconcile as soon as possible.

KIDITUDE NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), it/they may be returned. Items being returned must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received the order as sales become final 10 days after the order is received. All "Sale" merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned.

Call us for a Return Authorization Number. This "RAN" must be written on the outside of the envelope containing your return or the return cannot be processed.

Also include the original invoice sent with your order along with your returned merchandise.

Upon receipt, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). Kiditude is not responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked. Need Help? Contact us with all questions regarding returns.

EXCHANGES
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Order the new item online. We'll process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited upon receipt of your return.
