The new Angry Birds licensed apparel comes in three popular colors including white with red piping featuring the red Angry Bird, white with yellow trim showcasing the yellow Angry Bird and a white and blue ringer bodysuit with the blue Angry Bird.
The recent release of Angry Birds Space as iPhone and iPad applications has created a resurgence of interest in Angry Birds apparel. “Everyone has their favorite Angry Bird,” says Brown, owner, “all three colors are equally popular typically based on the gamers tactic for how they use the bird in the app.” Angry Birds baby one-pieces are priced at $21.95.
New designs include iPood, a parody of the iPod and AB/CD, a parody of the logo for the band AC/DC. “With the summer season approaching, consumers are looking for cute t-shirts and baby bodysuits with funny sayings,” said Brown. These shirts can be purchased individually or as a gift set containing both items and are affordably priced at $16.95 for a single piece or $30.00 for the set.
The Baby Gaga design features a crawling baby wearing sunglasses and comes on a baby one-piece bodysuit, infant or toddler t-shirt and is priced at $15.95.
Popular funny toddler t-shirts include the biker and motorcycle designs like, “My Dad is a Biker”, those that compliment the mom like, “My Mom is a Hottie”, and those that celebrate the humor that comes with raising children such as “My Name is Not No”. Funny toddler t-shirts are priced at $15.95.

I think back on 2011 with the same bittersweet feelings I have every new year. There were good times and bad times. There were sad times when family became ill or passed and happy times when babies were born. Overall, we survived, we grew and learned and emerged to enter the next phase of our lives, whatever that may be.
I love Christmas season. I almost can't wait for Thanksgiving to be over so I can run out to the garage the next morning and find all my Christmas decorations. I like to buy my tree right after Thanksgiving because by the time New Year's comes I'm ready to tear the thing down and get my house back in order.
I separate all the gifts that remain under the tree into piles based on who or where they belong. This year, that moment was very special. I was home alone performing this annual task when I opened a box to see what it was. And, ah yes, I received the most special gift from my 8 year old son and there it was again.
Kiditude is a family business and we work on it 24 hours a day. My kids see what goes on around them. They see me cooking dinner after a day at the office, still checking email, running to the home office to answer consumer questions, running back to the oven to check the chicken. It basically never ends but we enjoy it.
This year, my 8 year old, in secret drew a picture of a cool baby bib he designed for Kiditude. He took the drawing to my mother and asked her to sew it. I knew nothing about this secret mission. My mother took my son to the fabric store so he could choose the fabrics he wanted for his design and sewed the bib according to the color coded diagram he drew. Each piece of the bib meant something and my son explained to my mother why the fabric choices were so important.
On Christmas day my husband and I were presented with this beautiful hand-made, custom designed cool baby bib. I was blown away. My husband was floored. We know the kids see us work hard but for our son to embrace vision and celebrate this labor of love with us was the best gift. Not to mention that his bib design rocked!
I think we found someone to take over the family business when we are ready to retire. All of the mommy guilt I piled on in the month of December for not being able to read a book or eat family dinner because I had to work was quickly wiped away with this one special gift. My young son got it. He understood how much joy this business brings me and he finds joy in it himself.
Everyone you ask will tell you, "It's not how much you spend but the thought that counts." You will receive advice based on how close a relation you are to the mother-to-be. You might be told to spend the same amount she spent on your baby shower gift. All in all, you will receive many different points of view on how much to spend and what to buy for a baby shower gift based on the advice giver's own personal experience and their beliefs.
When it comes to choosing the amount to spend on a baby shower gift, you need to assess your own personal budget, first. Ask yourself based on what's been happening in your life lately, what you can afford. Secondly, how much time is there until the baby shower? Maybe you have some time to save up for a gift.
The intention to want to give the most expensive gift on the registry is very generous. Everyone is excited and they want to "shower" the new mother with gifts. Besides the things are all so cute and small and new. But, the reality is that a $250 high chair is just out of your budget.
So, how much should you spend on a baby shower gift?
The average baby shower gift costs between $25 and $75. Typically, the immediate family members of the mother-to-be purchase the most expensive items on the baby shower registry. Sometimes a few close friends will "go in" on a gift so they can buy a baby shower gift that is expensive.
Try to add something sentimental to your baby shower gift to make it more special. An idea is a photo album of you and your friend including past adventures together as well as a picture of the two of you every month of her pregnancy proudly portraying her baby bump. Be sure to leave a few blank pages so she can add pictures of you and the baby once it's born!
